The taste and aroma of the finished drink directly depends on the quality of the alcohol or vodka, as well as on the type of coffee and additional components used in some recipes. A variety of options for preparing coffee infusions allows every gourmet and home craftsman to choose the most pleasant and affordable recipe.

Basic recipe for coffee tincture

Everyone has heard that you can drink coffee with a spoonful of cognac. The result is a very tasty invigorating drink with good warming properties. But not everyone knows that you can make an incredibly tasty and healthy drink from coffee and regular vodka or alcohol.

Coffee tincture has an invigorating effect.

The benefits lie in the special substances and microelements contained in natural coffee. But in its pure form, coffee is a very strong stimulant, and alcohol slightly softens its active properties.

A homemade coffee-based tincture helps improve digestion and increases stomach acidity. In addition, it helps relieve fatigue, invigorates and gives strength.

However, you should not get carried away with it, because in large quantities both alcohol and coffee can greatly harm the body. You need to take the tincture 30-50 ml 20 minutes before meals, which speeds up metabolism and helps remove toxins.

Before you start preparing the tincture, you need to brew the coffee. It is better to do this from well-roasted and self-ground coffee beans.

Ingredients for the drink:

  • ground coffee (60 g);
  • half a glass of water;
  • bottle of vodka (0.5 l).

Coffee is brewed from water and ground beans, cooled to a comfortable room temperature, filtered and mixed with vodka. The resulting drink is left to brew for a week and tasted. If the tincture turns out to be too strong, then it should be diluted with water and then left for another day.

To prepare a coffee drink, take 60 grams of ground coffee and 0.5 liters of vodka.

Important. To prepare a coffee drink, it is advisable to use Arabica beans.

Another vodka tincture, the recipe of which is slightly different from the previous one. It is made from carefully roasted, whole coffee beans. Simply pour the grains (100 g) into a clean glass jar and add vodka (0.5 l).

The mixture is placed in a dark place for 3-4 weeks, shaken thoroughly periodically. The finished tincture acquires a rich brown color and a strong coffee aroma. After infusion, it is filtered and poured into a clean bottle.

Ingredients

That’s how it is in our family: my husband makes moonshine, and I make all kinds of tinctures from it. Today I decided to share with you one of my signature drinks.

I can’t remember where I got this recipe, but I’ve been making it for a very long time. Probably 10 years old. I started with vodka, and when my husband learned to distill moonshine, he began to use it as a basis.

Perhaps the amount of ingredients differs from the original recipe, but I like the tincture prepared with exactly these proportions.

  • Vodka, moonshine or diluted alcohol (40%) – 0.5 liters;
  • Orange - 1 piece;
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp;
  • Coffee – 12-15 beans;
  • Cinnamon – 1 stick.

Tincture of coffee and honey with moonshine

No less interesting is the recipe for moonshine tincture with honey.

You need to prepare:

  • coffee beans (50 pcs);
  • well-refined moonshine, 50% strength (1 l);
  • water (250 ml);
  • a little vanillin or vanilla sugar;
  • fresh liquid honey (125 ml).

Making a flavorful drink is very simple. To do this, just pour medium-roasted grains into a glass jar, pour in moonshine and add vanillin. The container is tightly closed and placed in a cellar or cold closet for 2 weeks. After this, the tincture is filtered and honey, previously dissolved in warm water, is added to it.

A tasty tincture can be prepared from coffee, honey and moonshine.

Advice. Before introducing the honey solution into the future tincture, place it in the refrigerator for several days and carefully drain it without disturbing the sediment.

All this is left for another couple of days and passed through a cotton filter. The finished alcohol is poured into suitable bottles and allowed to stand for about 1-2 weeks.

Another method of preparing a coffee drink based on moonshine has gained no less popularity among lovers of homemade alcohol.

Required:

  • double distillation moonshine (1.2 l);
  • macadamia nut (1 piece);
  • cardamom (5 pcs);
  • coffee beans (120 g);
  • fructose (20 g).

It is very difficult to get macadamia nuts, because they are extremely rare in stores. First, it must be cut into thin slices and dried in a hot oven (20 minutes), blotted with a napkin and cooled. If you couldn’t get macadamia nuts, then it can be replaced with regular hazelnuts, which are fried and cut into petals.

Coffee beans are ground, all the necessary ingredients are mixed and poured with moonshine. The container is closed and placed in the cold for 10 days, shaking daily.

You can use macadamia nuts to make the tincture.

Then the mixture is left alone for 4-5 days, and only then filtered, filtered and refrigerated for another 8-10 days. After which the tincture is filtered again and bottled. The drink is kept in bottles for about 2 weeks and consumed.
