- 20 ml syrup;
- Ice;
- Whipped cream for decoration.
Prepare espresso according to the usual recipe. Next, take a blender and grind a few ice cubes until crumbly. Add coffee, milk, syrup, ice cream to ice and beat all ingredients until smooth. This coffee is served in a tall narrow glass, garnished with whipped cream.

Raf is the invention of a Moscow coffee shop in the 1990s. It was named after a regular customer who asked for a drink that was neither too bitter nor too sweet. This is how coffee was born from espresso, cream and vanilla sugar, somewhat reminiscent of creme brulee in taste and color. A portion of classic raff coffee is small, only 130 ml, but due to the cream it turns out to be quite high in calories.

Cappuccino

To prepare milk, a cappuccino machine is used - a special nozzle from which hot steam is supplied under pressure (under its influence the milk quickly warms up and froths).
You can make cappuccino at home without equipment. First you need to brew the ground coffee. This can be done using the usual Turkish coffee maker or coffee maker. The brewed drink must be strained. At the same time, heat the milk to 60°, then beat it until foam forms using a submersible blender or whisk.
