Ingredients:

  • ground coffee beans;
  • mineral water;
  • sugar to taste;
  • vanilla liqueur;
  • cognac.

First you need to brew classic espresso. To do this, fill the Turk with ground grains, sugar (if you are using it) and water. Stir the mixture so that it does not burn.

Without waiting for the drink to boil, remove it from the stove when bubbles begin to form. Strain the workpiece.

Now we need to move on to other components. Mix vanilla liqueur with cognac. Stir the mixture well until it becomes homogeneous.

Pour espresso into the cup first, and then the second preparation. To prevent the drink from going to your head, drink it after 5-10 minutes. During this time, the alcohol vapor will partially disappear.
