Ice
If you like to drink cold black coffee or even iced coffee, there is a great life hack for you. Instead of pouring out the rest of your “old” coffee, pour it into ice cube trays and freeze. And then add a few “coffee cubes” to your freshly brewed coffee. The drink will be cooled and you will not have to dilute it with water.
If desired, add lemon zest, a couple drops of vanilla extract, cinnamon or fruit syrup to the coffee poured into ice cube trays.
Is it possible to drink tea or coffee on an empty stomach?
No, it is better to drink such drinks about an hour and a half after eating, the nutritionist advises. The exception is herbal teas, which can be taken on an empty stomach.
Caffeine-containing drinks have an aggressive effect on the stomach, irritate its walls and promote the production of large amounts of enzyme juices. If this happens regularly, digestion will slow down. Also, excess acid produced by the stomach can lead to heartburn, irritable bowel syndrome, or even ulcers.

Drinking coffee and tea on an empty stomach can cause anxiety, irritability and depression, as caffeine interferes with the production of serotonin, the hormone of calm and joy, and, conversely, increases the level of stress hormones.
It turns out that, in addition to the negative effect on the physical condition of the body, drinks containing caffeine also negatively affect mental health.

Rumor has it that it even copes with muscle pain.
Butter
Turn your morning drink into a meal. Add 2 tbsp. l. melted butter into a cup of coffee. This variation of the morning drink is officially called Bulletproof Coffee and helps fight hunger, and when you add a couple more teaspoons to the coffee. coconut oil allows the body to burn fat throughout the day.
The idea of adding butter to drinks is not new. In Tibet, they traditionally drink Tibetan tea in the morning - a mix of freshly brewed tea, butter, salt and black pepper. In Singapore, coffee beans (usually of lower quality) are roasted with butter before making filter coffee.
The oil gives coffee a creamy, silky texture and adds pleasant creamy notes to the aroma. Even a latte doesn't give such results!
How to make your morning coffee truly awesome
Don't drink coffee alone
kaylovesvintage/Flickr.com Make coffee not only for yourself, but also for family members, or, if you have a coffee machine in your office, make a flavorful drink for your colleagues. Set the table for coffee drinking
Jessica Burkitt/Flickr.com
Very often we drink coffee on the go, frantically rushing between the hairdryer and the microwave. It shouldn't be this way. Get up early and prepare a place for coffee, even if you drink coffee alone. Choose a beautiful coffee set, don’t forget about napkins, you can even put a vase with a bouquet of fresh flowers on the table - in a word, do everything to make you feel comfortable and cozy. And, of course, don’t forget to prepare your favorite treat for coffee.
Don't be afraid to experiment

You may be a big fan of cappuccino or even three-in-one instant coffee. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't try something new. Constantly experiment, find new coffee recipes. Remember that monotony is not good.
Try, for example, making coffee with caramel.
Or coffee with garlic and honey.
You can also make one of the many delicious drinks with coffee, try cold brewed coffee, and if it’s a weekend or a holiday, you can relax a little and make a liqueur from instant coffee, vodka and cognac.
Link your morning coffee with pleasant memories

Cups will help you with this. There are probably a lot of cups in your kitchen with which you have pleasant memories: some of them were given to you by a loved one, some you brought back from vacation. Try to drink coffee from different cups each time and while drinking coffee, remember all the happy moments that are associated with them.
And when the supply of cups runs out, just give yourself the following instruction: not to remember the bad and not think about upcoming things during your morning coffee. This way you will set yourself up in a positive mood from the very morning, and this, believe me, will help you cope with all the affairs and problems that will fill your day.

Of course, doing this every morning is very expensive, but a couple of times a month you can have a morning cup of coffee at your favorite coffee shop. This will give you new emotions and joy, because we all love to go somewhere. And if you also happen to be the first visitor, then you will have a reason to be proud: you can consider yourself an early riser.

What drinks are best to start the day with?
It is best from water - warm or hot, from 38 to 50 degrees. This is how the “inner shower” takes place. Here we can draw an analogy with dirty dishes that we wash with hot water so that the dirt comes off better. It’s the same with the body - we give ourselves such a “hot shower” to cleanse the body and start all the important metabolic processes.

You can drink water with lemon, with mint or without anything - it all depends on how the body perceives it (if there is no heartburn or problems with acidity levels) and what you like best.
In general, the habit of starting your morning with a glass of warm water can have a great impact on your well-being. See the “Championship” video for more details.
Caffeine – how much per day is beneficial?
There are average levels of caffeine consumption per day. To some they will seem tiny, to others - huge. This figure is 400 mg and is considered safe. For comparison, the lethal dose for humans is 10 g. To get it, you need to drink about 15 liters of energy drink per day. This is difficult to do even for an experienced coffee lover.
more than 200 mg of caffeine in one sitting - this is about 3 teaspoons of coffee brew. Provided that the person is healthy.
Different varieties of beans contain different amounts of caffeine: Robusta has more, Arabica has less. Depending on which variety a person prefers, a certain amount of alkaloid is contained. You can calculate it yourself, but it is unlikely that any healthy person will do this. Whether drinking coffee in the morning is healthy depends on the type of beans and the amount of drink.

The benefits of coffee in the morning
Drinking a cup of coffee after waking up can provide health benefits, but only if you follow the recommendations. The drink contains a lot of caffeine, which stimulates the nervous system. Under its influence, cardiac activity is activated, blood pressure rises and conditioned reflexes improve.
Neither black tea nor green tea can have such an effect on mental health, increasing the resistance of the nervous system to apathy, stress and depression.
A cup of coffee in the morning prevents a number of diseases and contributes to their treatment. The drink reduces the risk of developing cancer of the liver, pancreas, rectum and colon, protects against heart attack, asthma and diabetes.
Coffee is a strong antioxidant that creates a rejuvenating effect. Scientists confirm that drinking a couple of cups a day helps maintain clarity of thinking, maintains good cardiovascular health and saves you from headaches.
Caffeine, which enters the body in the morning, prevents cholesterol from crystallizing and also stimulates the breakdown of fats. Nutritionists use this when creating diets for their clients. A cup of unsweetened tea or coffee helps speed up metabolism and accelerate weight loss. Green coffee is especially useful in this regard.
If you regularly drink an invigorating drink in the morning, you will reduce the risk of developing Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease. The latter is considered the most dangerous degenerative disease. People who regularly drink coffee for breakfast get sick 60% less often - this has been proven by scientific research.
Parkinson's disease is another degenerative disease that develops due to the death of neurons. They produce dopamine in the brain and cause its pathological destruction. Coffee reduces the risk of these changes, so we recommend drinking an invigorating cup every morning.
Scientists have proven the benefits of this drink for the liver when consumed at the beginning of the day. It protects the internal organ from a number of diseases, including cirrhosis and cancer.
What about losing weight?
Even in this case, you should not drink coffee and tea on an empty stomach. Although regularly drinking coffee on an empty stomach suppresses your appetite and makes you feel full, it's important to remember that it can do more harm than good. In this case, the end should not justify the means, and the price for a beautiful figure should not be health.

To lose weight, you can drink coffee such as espresso (a small mug of strong black coffee). Caffeine acts as a catalyst that helps food, such as a hearty lunch, be better absorbed. But again, you should not drink it on an empty stomach.
